China’s Haidilao International names managers for dollar notes

New York, Jan. 4 – Haidilao International Holding Ltd. named Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and China International Capital Corp. Hong Kong Securities Ltd. as joint global coordinators for its previously announced offering of dollar-denominated notes.

Morgan Stanley and China International Capital will also act as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners along with CMB International Capital Ltd. and Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Ltd., according to a notice.

The deal will come to market under Regulation S.

Proceeds of the sale will be used for general corporate purposes.

Haidilao announced the offering in October.

The chain of hot pot restaurants is based in Jianyang, Sichuan, China.
