S&P revises Burlington Stores view to positive

S&P said it revised Burlington Stores Inc.’s outlook to positive from negative and affirmed its BB ratings.

Burlington Stores Inc.'s sales recovery has progressed faster than expected, and S&P said it now expects adjusted leverage below 4x in fiscal 2021.

“The positive outlook reflects that we may upgrade the company if it continues the performance momentum and de-leveraging trend,” S&P said in a press release.
