Ruby Tuesday gets approval to sell Tennessee property for $2.6 million

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 4 – RTI Holding Co., LLC (Ruby Tuesday) has secured court approval to sell some of its land located in Maryville, Tenn., to Massey Properties, LLC for $2.6 million, according to an order filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company said the property is not included in the ongoing sale process for substantially all the business assets of the debtors.

Ruby Tuesday is a Knoxville, Tenn.-based foodservice retailer. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Oct. 7 under case number 20-12456.
