Diocese of Rockville reports $4.03 million net loss for July

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 31 – The Roman Catholic Diocese of Rockville Centre, New York reported a $4.03 million net loss on $5.26 million of gross income for July, according to its monthly operating report filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The diocese had a cash balance of $39.27 million at the end of July.

The Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based diocese filed bankruptcy on Oct. 1, 2020 under Chapter 11 case number 20-12345.
