New Issue: GS Finance prices $30 million notes linked to three tech sector indexes

Los Angeles, Sept. 29 – GS Finance Corp. priced $30 million of 0% index-linked notes due Sept. 30, 2025 tied to the least performing of the S&P North American Technology Sector index, the Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector index and the Technology Select Sector index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.585 times the return of the least performing index.

If any index falls, investors will be fully exposed to the decline in the least performing index.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
