DNEG plans to price $375 million secured notes due 2025 on Friday; initial talk 8¼%-8½%

Portland, Ore., Sept. 29 – Prime Focus World NV (DNEG plc) plans to price a $375 million private offering of senior secured notes due 2025 (//BB-) on Friday, according to market sources.

Initial price guidance is 8¼% to 8½%, a trader said.

JPMorgan is leading the sale.

The London-based motion picture effects company plans to use the proceeds to repay amounts outstanding under its term loan, revolver and Indian financing facilities, to extend a loan to its parent group of companies and for general corporate purposes.
