Moody's assigns Baa1 to Pernod notes

Moody's Investors Service said it rated Pernod Ricard SA’s new senior unsecured sustainability-linked notes Baa1.

Pernod’s Baa1 issuer rating and the Baa1 backed senior unsecured ratings of Pernod Ricard International Finance LLC are unaffected by today's action, the agency said.

The company will use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
