New Issue: Singapore’s Hatten Land sells RM 15.65 million 6% one-year notes

Los Angeles, Sept. 23 – Hatten Land Ltd. said it issued RM 15.65 million of 6% one-year notes through MDSA Resources Sdn. Bhd. The notes are guaranteed by Hatten Land.

The notes will be issued under the company’s medium-term note program, replacing its RM 15.65 million of notes maturing on Sept. 23, 2020. Proceeds from the new notes will be used to repay in full the outstanding notes.

Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd. is the lead arranger and lead manager of the MTN program.

Hatten Land is a property developer based in Singapore with properties in Singapore and Malaysia.
