Moody’s changes Lendlease view to stable

Moody’s Investors Service said it changed the outlook to stable from negative and affirmed the Baa3 issuer rating of Lendlease Group.

The change in outlook to stable and affirmation follow Lendlease’s completion of the sale of its troubled engineering business on Sept. 9. The sale was completed for A$160 million, with the proceeds to be paid in installments through the fiscal year ended June 2021.
