New Issue: China’s ICBC issues $800 million of 1% notes due 2023

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 10 – ICBC Ltd., Singapore Branch issued $800 million of 1% notes due 2023, according to a notice of listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Ltd. Standard Chartered Bank, Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Agricultural Bank of China Ltd., Singapore Branch, Bank of Communications Co. Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Cathay United Bank Co. Ltd. China Construction Bank (Asia) Corp. Ltd. China Everbright Bank Co. Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, China International Capital Corp. Hong Kong Securities Ltd., China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd. Ltd. were the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.

The Regulation S notes were issued on Wednesday and are expected to be listed on Thursday.

The company also issued $1 billion of 1.2% notes due 2025 on Wednesday, as previously reported.

ICBC is based in Beijing.
