Total to redeem €296.69 million fixed-rate resettable notes

New York, Jan. 25 – Total SE plans to redeem all of the €296,687,000 outstanding non-call six-year deeply subordinated fixed rate resettable notes (ISIN: XS1195201931) issued under its €23 billion euro medium-term note program, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed on Feb. 26 at par of €100,000 plus interest for a total amount of €102,250 per €100,000 of notes.

Originally, €2.5 billion of the notes were issued.

Paris-based Total is an oil, gas and solar power company.
