Solaris Health gets new senior credit facilities led by Antares

New York, Aug. 20 – Solaris Health got new senior secured credit facilities to help fund its formation through the acquisition of Integrated Medical Professionals and the Urology Group by Lee Equity Partners, according to a news release.

Antares served as lead arranger and is acting as administrative agent on the credit facilities.

Solaris Health is a provider of urological and other specialty services.
