S&P assigns Royalty Pharma notes BBB-

S&P said it assigned its BBB- rating to Royalty Pharma plc's expected unsecured notes, which will be issued in multiple tranches.

Royalty Pharma is expected to use the proceeds to finance or refinance social-eligible projects and for general corporate purposes.
