Fitch rates Royalty Pharma notes BBB-
Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB- rating to Royalty Pharma plc's new guaranteed senior unsecured notes offering. Royalty Pharma Holdings Ltd. will guarantee the notes.
The agency also affirmed the Royalty Pharma plc’s BBB- long-term issuer default rating and BBB- ratings on its other senior unsecured notes.
A portion of the proceeds are expected to be used to finance or refinance social-eligible projects and for general corporate purposes.
The outlook is stable.
