Fitch gives New Fortress facility BB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned BB-/RR4 ratings to New Fortress Energy Inc.'s term loan.

The last reviewed New Fortress’ BB- issuer and senior secured ratings on Aug. 17 and took no action.

New Fortress will use the loan to repay at maturity $400 million of the 364-day term loan. The rest will be used for other corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
