Le Tote hearing on approval of disclosure statement moved to Nov. 24

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 26 – Le Tote, Inc.’s hearing on approval of the disclosure statement relating to its Chapter 11 plan has been rescheduled to Nov. 24 from Nov. 3, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on Monday.

Objections are now due by 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 17.

A plan confirmation hearing is slated for Jan. 14.

New York-based Lord & Taylor, a unit of Le Tote, operates fashion stores in the United States. The company filed bankruptcy on Aug. 2 under Chapter 11 case number 20-33332.
