Cedar Funding discusses possible redemption on class A-F-R notes

New York, Aug. 3 – Cedar Funding V CLO, Ltd. and Cedar Funding V CLO, LLC have begun discussions with some noteholders or beneficial owners of subordinated notes with respect to a possible redemption of its class A-F-R notes (Cusip: 15032AAQ0), according to a notice.

The possible redemption may be through an issuance of replacement notes by the co-issuers.

Citibank, NA is the trustee.
