Moody’s rates Zhongtai Securities Baa3

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned foreign currency and local currency Baa3 long-term and Prime-3 short-term issuer ratings to Zhongtai Securities Co., Ltd.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said the long-term issuer rating incorporates the company’s standalone assessment of Ba2 and a two-notch uplift based on Moody's assumption of a high level of support from the Chinese government (A1 stable) in times of need.
