Ingenu: Chapter 11 disclosure statement hearing scheduled for Oct. 29

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 23 – The hearing for Ingenu Inc.’s Chapter 11 disclosure statement has been scheduled for Oct. 29, according to a notice filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California.

San Diego-based Ingenu develops a wireless machine network that enables long-range connectivity for Internet of Things. The company filed bankruptcy on July 27 under Chapter 11 case number 20-03779.
