Moody’s assigns CSC Financial, notes Baa1

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned Baa1 long-term foreign-currency and local-currency issuer ratings to CSC Financial Co., Ltd. (China Securities). Moody’s has not rated China Securities before.

Concurrently, Moody’s assigned a Baa1 rating to China Securities’ CSCIF Asia Ltd.’s dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes. The notes will be issued under the special-purpose vehicle’s medium-term note program. China Securities will guarantee the notes.

The outlooks for China Securities and CSCIF Asia are stable.
