BJ Services: U.S. Trustee names seven to unsecured creditors committee

Pittsburgh, July 29 – BJ Services, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Wednesday by acting Region 7 U.S. trustee Henry G. Hobbs Jr., according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The committee is comprised of James Sheets of Gardner Denver Petroleum Pumps, LLC of Quincy, Ill.; Frank Clark of Infosys Ltd. of New York; Wes E. Wadle of SPM Flow Control of Fort Worth, Tex.; Stephen Gregory of DTE Enterprises of Addison, Ill.; Kim Sears of Solvay USA of Princeton, N.J.; Donald Burrell of High Roller Sand Operating of Houston; and Charles Metzger of Circle Bar A, Inc. of San Antonio.

BJ Services is a Tomball, Tex.-based provider of hydraulic fracturing and cementing services to upstream oil and gas companies. The company filed bankruptcy on July 20 under Chapter 11 case number 20-33627.
