Moody's assigns B1 to First Brands loan

Moody’s Investors Service said it rated First Brands Group LLC’s $300 million non-fungible first lien term loan due 2027 B1.

The agency affirmed First Brands’ B1 rating on April 25.

The proceeds will be used to bolster the company’s liquidity.

The outlook remains positive.
