New York, Sept. 8 – ZhongAn Online P&C Insurance Co., Ltd. sold $300 million 3˝% notes due 2026 (Baa2), according to an announcement.
Joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers were JPMorgan, Credit Suisse and China International Capital Corp.
The notes are expected to be listed and begin trading on the Hong Kong exchange on Sept. 9.
ZhongAn is the largest online insurer in China.
