Moody’s rates WillScot Mobile Mini Ba3

Moody’s Investors Service said it gave WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. a Ba3 corporate family rating and withdrew the Ba3 CFR and affirmed the B2 senior secured debt rating of WillScot's indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary, Williams Scotsman International Inc., following the completion of its merger into Williams Scotsman, Inc.

Since the rated senior secured debt was previously guaranteed by Williams Scotsman, Inc., the internal merger has no effect on the credit profile of the rated debt and is the reason for the affirmation of the senior secured debt ratings, Moody’s said.

WillScot's outlook is stable.
