WillScot to redeem $441 million of outstanding 6 7/8% notes due 2023 at 103.438

New York, Aug. 11 – WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. intends to redeem all $441 million in aggregate principal amount outstanding of indirect subsidiary Williams Scotsman International, Inc.’s 6 7/8% senior secured notes due 2023, according to a news release.

The notes will be redeemed for a redemption price equal to 103.438 plus interest.

The notes will be redeemed after giving effect to the previously announced redemption of 10% of the aggregate principal amount of the 2023 notes.

The most recent redemption will be funded with proceeds of a $500 million offering of new notes due 2028 by Williams Scotsman International, the company said.

WillScot is a Baltimore-based specialty rental services provider of modular space and portable storage solutions.
