Profine makes high yield debut, guides €330 million five-year secured notes in low-to-mid 9% area

Portland, Ore., June 22 – Germany’s Profine Group began marketing its debut high-yield offering, €330 million of five-year senior secured notes (B3), on Monday, according to a market source.

Initial talk has the deal coming to yield in the low-to-mid 9% area.

The deal is expected to remain in the market through Thursday.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes come with two years of call protection.

The issuing entity will be Troplast GmbH.

The Troisdorf, Germany-based PVC window and door producer plans to use the proceeds to repay bank debt.
