Shift4 Payments to repay first-lien term loan with notes proceeds

New York, Oct. 13 – Shift4 Payments Inc. plans to repay its $450 million first-lien term loan in full using proceeds from a $450 million senior notes offering and cash on hand, according to a news release.

Shift4 Payments is an Allentown, Pa.-based provider of integrated payment processing and technology solutions.
