Interactive Health Solutions files Chapter 7 cases; trustee appointed

Pittsburgh, June 16 – Interactive Health Solutions, Inc. filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy Sunday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

George L. Miller has been appointed as Chapter 7 trustee for the company’s case.

A meeting of creditors has been scheduled for July 8.

According to court documents, Interactive Health has $100 million to $500 million in both assets and debt.

The company is represented in its Chapter 7 proceedings by Young, Conaway, Stargatt & Taylor LLP.

Interactive Health is a Schaumburg, Ill., provider of workplace health programs. The Chapter 7 case number is 20-11526.
