Vista Proppants and Logistics unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, June 25 – Vista Proppants and Logistics, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed on Thursday by U.S. trustee William T. Neary, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

The committee members are chairman Scott Ewing of Trinity Industries Leasing Co. of Dallas, as well as Sean Hankinson of the Andersons of Maumee, Ohio; David Corley of MP Systems Co., LLC of Lenexa, Kan.; Donald Burell of Schlumberger Technology Corp. of Houston; and Andy Branaugh of Twin Eagle Sand Logistics, LLC of Houston.

Vista Proppants and Logistics is a Fort Worth-based pure-play, in-basin provider of frac sand solutions in prolific producing regions in Texas and Oklahoma. The company filed bankruptcy on June 9 under Chapter 11 case number 20-42002.
