Integra Garments OK’s Rs. 500 million debenture issue, extension

Olympia, Wash., June 25 – Integra Garments and Textiles Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors met on Thursday and approved a proposal to issue up to Rs. 500 million nonconvertible debentures in one or more tranches on a private placement basis during the financial year 2020-2021.

The board also approved an extension of the date of redemption of Rs. 284.5 million of 0% redeemable nonconvertible debentures, according to the notice. The revised date of redemption will be on or before July 1, 2021.

The textile manufacturer is based in Bangalore, India.
