India’s Integra Garments board to consider debt issuance, extension

Olympia, Wash., June 9 – Integra Garments and Textiles Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on June 25 to consider a proposal to raise funds by way of issuing debt securities on a private placement basis.

The board will also consider an extension of the date of redemption of Rs. 284.5 million of 0% redeemable nonconvertible debentures, according to the notice.

The textile manufacturer is based in Bangalore, India.
