Advisors Disciplined Trust 777 has Dow's 10 highest-dividend stocks

San Diego, Nov. 16 - Advisors Disciplined Trust 777 has registered units of its Dow Value Ten Portfolio, Series 2011-4Q, according to an S-6 amendment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Monument, Colo.-based Advisors Asset Management, Inc.

The trust seeks above-average total return through dividend income and capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio consisting of the 10 stocks with the highest dividend yield chosen from among the 30 stocks in the Dow Jones industrial average as of Nov. 11. The stocks include Kraft Foods Inc., Procter & Gamble Co., Johnson & Johnson, Merck & Co. Inc., Pfizer Inc., General Electric Co., Intel Corp., E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co., AT&T Inc. and Verizon Communications Inc. The portfolio will stay the same for future unit offerings.

On the trust's inception date, Nov. 15, there was $148,806 of contracts to purchase underlying securities and 15,031 units, each with a public offering price of $10 and a net asset value of $9.655. The estimated net annual distributions per unit are $0.356 per year.

The units have a maximum sales fee of 2.95%, consisting of a 1% initial sales fee, a 1.5% deferred sales fee and a 0.45% creation and development fee. Reductions in the sales fee are available on a sliding scale down to 1.4% depending on the number of units purchased.

The trust's termination date is Feb. 26, 2013.
