New Issue: Antares Holdings sells $450 million of 6.5% notes due 2029 at Treasuries plus 285 bps

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 2 – Antares Holdings LP sold a $450 million issue of 6.5% notes due Feb. 8, 2029 (Baa2/BBB-) at Treasuries plus 285 basis points on Thursday, after price talk in the Treasuries plus 312.5 bps area, according to an informed source.

Bookrunners were J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc.

Antares is a New York-based financial services company.
