New Issue: Antares sells upsized $550 million 3.75% notes due 2027

Chicago, Jan. 21 – Antares Holdings LP priced an upsized $550 million offering of 3.75% notes due July 15, 2027 on Friday, according to a market source.

The notes priced with a Treasuries plus 240 basis points spread, 10 bps low to talk in the 250 bps area.

The notes started in the market with a $400 million offering size.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets Corp. and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A offer.

Antares is a New York-based financial services company.
