Portland, Ore., May 14 – Antares Holdings LP priced an upsized $215 million issue of five-year senior notes (//BBB-) at par to yield 8½% on Thursday, according to an informed source.
Bookrunners were Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
The issue, which was priced on the investment-grade syndicate desk, was upsized from $200 million.
The yield printed on top of talk.
The New York-based financial services company plans to use the proceeds to pay down its revolving credit facility.
