By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., May 14 – Antares Holdings LP is guiding a $200 million offering of five-year senior notes (//BBB-) at 8½%, according to a market source.

The notes are set to price on Thursday, with the transaction coming off of the investment-grade syndicate desk.

Joint bookrunner Citigroup Global Markets Inc. will bill and deliver. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are also joint bookrunners.

The New York-based financial services company plans to use the proceeds to pay down its revolving credit facility.
