Hemso Fastighets eyes SEK 500 million five-year green fixed-rate note

Knoxville, Tenn., May 13 – Hemso Fastighets AB intends to offer SEK 500 million of five-year green fixed-rate notes, according to a market announcement.

Based in Stockholm, Hemso owns properties for public use in Sweden.
