New Issue: Qatar National Bank sells TRY 300 million 16% one-year senior notes to yield 17%

Los Angeles, Feb. 24 – QNB Finance Ltd. priced TRY 300 million of 16% senior notes due February 2022 (Aa3/A) guaranteed by Qatar National Bank QPSC at 99.145 to yield 17%, according to a notice.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the dealer for the non-syndicated offering.

The series 328 notes will be issued under the bank’s $22.5 billion medium-term note program and will be listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Proceeds from the Regulation S offering will be used for general corporate purposes.

The commercial bank’s headquarters are in Doha, Qatar.
