Moody’s shifts Energa view to positive

Moody’s said it revised its outlook for Energa SA and Energa Finance AB to positive from stable and affirmed their Baa2 ratings.

“The positive outlook on Energa reflects Moody's views that the improved credit quality of its owner, PKN Orlen, will also stand to benefit Energa as the two companies further integrate,” the agency said in a press release.
