Los Angeles, April 27 – Air Products and Chemicals Inc. said it intends to repay some of its outstanding notes using proceeds from a five-tranche offering of new dollar- and euro-denominated fixed-rate notes.

Air Products plans to repay €300 million of its 2% notes due Aug. 7, 2020 and €350 million of its 0.375% notes due June 1, 2021 using a portion of the proceeds from the euro-denominated notes.
