THL Credit Wind River 2013-1 to be renamed Wind River 2013-1 CLO

Olympia, Wash., April 23 – THL Credit Wind River 2013-1 CLO Ltd./THL Credit Wind River 2013-1 CLO LLC notified holders that it is changing its name to Wind River 2013-1 CLO Ltd./Wind River 2013-1 CLO LLC, according to a notice.

The name change will occur on or around April 30.

Chicago-based First Eagle Alternative Credit, LLC is the collateral manager. U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
