WildBrain increases term B to $285 million, revises OID to 98

New York, March 19 – WildBrain Ltd. upsized its seven-year covenant-lite first-lien term loan B to $285 million from $280 million and widened the original issue discount to 98 from talk in the range of 99 to 99.5, according to a market source.

Also, the 101 soft call protection on the term loan B was extended to one year from six months, the source said.

Pricing on the term loan B remained at Libor plus 425 basis points with a 0.75% Libor floor.

RBC Capital Markets is the lead on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to repay an existing term loan B.
