Moody's assigns WildBrain loans B2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned B2 ratings to WildBrain Ltd.'s (WildBrain) proposed $280 million senior secured term loan maturing in 2028 and its planned $35 million revolving credit facility maturing in 2026.

The agency affirmed WildBrain’s B2 senior secured credit ratings on Oct. 15.

Term loan proceeds will be used to entirely refinance the remaining balance on its senior secured term loan maturing in December 2023.
