Northwest Co. five-member official unsecured creditors committee set

Pittsburgh, April 30 – The Northwest Co., LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Thursday by Region 2 U.S. trustee William K. Harrington, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The committee members are Brian M. Fogarty of Exeter 4755 Southpoint, LLC of Conshohocken, Pa.; Brett Scharf of Standard Fiber, LLC of Burlingame, Calif.; Matthew Morgado of NFL Properties LLC, based in New York; Lara Pitaro Wisch of Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., based in New York; and Ashley Page of Collegiate Licensing Co. of Atlanta.

Northwest is a Roslyn, N.Y.-based branded home textiles company. The company filed bankruptcy on April 18 under Chapter 11 case number 20-10990.
