Moody's shifts Sound Inpatient view to stable

Moody's Investors Service, said it affirmed the ratings of Sound Inpatient Physicians, Inc. and changed the outlook to stable from negative. Moody's also affirmed the company's B1 corporate family rating, B1-PD probability of default rating, Ba3 ratings on the senior secured first-lien revolving credit facility and term loan and B3 rating on the senior secured second-lien term loan.

“The outlook change to stable reflects the recovery in demand for the company's hospital medicine physician services in the second half of 2020 and continuing in 2021. The stabilization of the outlook further reflects the company's profit margin recovery during the same period due to cost management initiatives,” the agency said in a press release.
