Fitch stabilizes Rolls-Royce & Partners view

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlook on Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance Ltd. to stable from negative and affirmed the BB- long-term issuer default rating. The agency also affirmed the BBB- senior secured debt ratings of the company and RRPF Engine Leasing Ltd.

The actions follow the revision of the outlook on Rolls-Royce plc on Nov. 3, Fitch said.
