S&P rates FR Flow loan B-

S&P said it rated FR Flow Control Midco Ltd.’s incremental $75 million term loan B- with a 3 recovery rating. The agency also affirmed the B- issuer and the B- issue-level and 3 recovery ratings on its outstanding revolving credit facility and term loan.

FR Flow will use the proceeds to acquire Termomeccanica Pompe.

The outlook is positive.
