Fitch rates Eramet bond BB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Eramet SA's sustainability-linked five-year €500 million bond an expected senior unsecured rating of BB+. The recovery rating is RR4.

The agency published Eramet’s BB+ ratings on April 27.

The proceeds will fund general corporate purposes, including refinancing part of its existing €500 million bonds due in 2024.

The outlook is stable.
