Colorado Health defeases $79.48 million of Adventist/Sunbelt bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 22 – The Colorado Health Facilities Authority defeased $79,476,000 of Adventist Health System/Sunbelt Obligated Group revenue refunding bonds, series 2006E, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at maturity at par plus accrued interest:

• $2,339,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2015;

• $4,414,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2015;

• $1,594,000 of bonds due May 15, 2016;

• $12,199,000 of bonds due Nov. 15, 2016;

• $58.93 million of bonds due Nov. 15, 2016.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
