Highlands County, Fla., authority calls $264.92 million hospital bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Aug. 20 - Highlands County Health Facilities Authority of Florida will redeem all of its series 2005H, 2006B, 2007B and 2007D variable-rate hospital revenue bonds, according to multiple redemption notices.

The bonds were issued for Adventist Health System and Sunbelt Obligated Group.

The following bonds will be redeemed on Aug. 29 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date:

• $49,425,000 of 2005H bonds due Nov. 15, 2035;

• $10.55 million of 2006B bonds due Nov. 15, 2028;

• $27,725,000 of 2006B bonds due Nov. 15, 2030;

• $42.02 million of 2006B bonds due Nov. 15, 2031;

• $68,575,000 of 2007B bonds due Nov. 15, 2037; and

• $66,625,000 of 2007D bonds due Nov. 15, 2037.

U.S. Bank, NA is the trustee.
